Education

B.A. degree in 2019 from York University, and a J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2022.

Mr. Bahramian focuses his practice on workers’ compensation. He has experience in handling matters related to the Health Insurance Matching Program, conditional payments, Medicare Set Aside allocation, and Section 32 settlements.

During law school, he worked with the Environmental Advocacy Clinic, where he represented environmental non-profit organizations in legal matters including agriculture, lead poisoning advocacy and mitigation, and the designation of wetlands of international importance with the Ramsar Convention. 

He also worked with the UB Sports Law Practicum, where he handled matters such as analysis and comparison of National Football League stadium renovations and relevant leases, development of sponsorship packaging strategies, creating economic models to reflect different financing options, and producing an economic development impact analysis of stadium renovation and construction options.

Mr. Bahramian served as a submissions editor for the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal, and an associate with the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review.

Mr. Bahramian is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Bahramian is an avid supporter of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Blue Jays, Green Bay Packers, Boston Celtics, and Everton Football Club, who have a total of 59 championships – a standard of excellence which Mr. Bahramian strives to reflect through his work ethic.
