Kathryn Cornell is an associate attorney at Hamberger and WeissLLP where she focuses her practice on workers’ compensation.

Ms. Cornell earned her J.D from Suffolk University Law School and is a member of the New York, Massachusetts and North Carolina Bar. She also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University. After law school, Ms. Cornell represented individuals with family law matters and assisted her clients through difficult situations including divorce, custody and child support cases. 

During Law school, she was a member of the Child and Family Law Club where she served as President. She was also awarded the Charles Kindregan Family Law Research Scholarship Award for her research in Surrogacy Tourism.

Ms. Cornell is a member of the Erie County Bar Association.

Outside the office, Kathryn enjoys playing tennis and walking her dog.
