Ms. Phillips focuses her practice on workers' compensation, representing insurance carriers and self-insured employers in a wide range of workers' compensation claims. She prides herself on client-focused communication as well as zealously representing the interests of insurers and employers. 

Ms. Phillips received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and History from SUNY Buffalo where she was a member of the Division I Women's Rowing Team. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While in law school Ms. Phillips worked with small businesses as part of the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, advising clients on a variety of employment and corporate matters.

Ms. Phillips is a member of the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations. Outside the office she enjoys running, coaching rowing, and skiing.
