We are pleased to announce that MARY KAY LAFORCE has been named partner. She joined the firm in 1998.

Ms. LaForce graduated cum laude from Siena College and received her J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association. Ms. LaForce is the current Chair of the Erie County Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Committee and is a UB Law School Mentor Program Volunteer.

She will be resident in the Buffalo office.

Russell D. Hall Named Partner

We are pleased to announce that RUSSELL D. HALL has been named partner. He joined the firm in 1996.

Mr. Hall received his B.A. degree in political science from the State University of New York at Buffalo, a J.D. degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and an LL.M. in Labor and Employment Law from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County.

He will be resident in the Buffalo office.

We are pleased to announce that Renee E. Heitger has been named partner in our firm. Renee joined Hamberger & Weiss in 1996. Ms. Heitger holds a B.A. degree from Miami University of Ohio and a J.D. degree from the University of Toledo College of Law. She is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association. Ms. Heitger is also admitted to practice law in the states of Georgia and Ohio.

Ms. Heitger will be resident in our Buffalo office.
